At *Zorev, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility
1.1. You may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
You receive the wrong product.
The product is significantly different from what was described on our Website.
You have received an incomplete order.
1.2. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.
Products with visible signs of wear or use.
Products returned without the original packaging and any included accessories.
2. Requesting a Return and Refund
2.1. To initiate a return and refund, you must:
Contact our Customer Support team within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product on the condition that it is new, unopened and unused and return it to us within 30 (thirty) days from purchase, for a full refund which will take place within 7 (seven) to 14 (fourteen) days from the time of goods returned to the *Zorev Warehouse.
Provide your order number and details of the issue.

2.2. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. If your return is approved, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us, following the provided instructions and using a reputable shipping carrier.
3.2. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Inspection and Processing
4.1. Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to determine eligibility for a refund.
4.2. If the product meets the conditions for return and refund, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Only via EFT provided official bank confirmation received not older than 3 months
4.3. Please allow up to [ten days] for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5. Rejected Returns
5.1. If the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy, we will contact you to discuss the reason for the rejection.
5.2. You may choose to have the product returned to you at your expense. If you do not respond within 10 (ten) working days, we will consider the product abandoned, and it will not be returned.
6. Exchanges
6.1. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you must initiate a return and then place a new order for the desired product.
