Delivery of Goods Policy (*Alsaif Import and Export t/a Zorev)

At *Zorev, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide you with the best service when it comes to delivering your Sealey products from the UK. Please take note of the following important delivery details:

1. Stock Availability:
We do not keep stock of Sealey products. All products are imported from the UK upon request.

2. Quotations and Payment:
Quotations for your desired products must be approved and signed by the buyer.
Payment for the approved quotation must be made and funds must be cleared before we can process your order.

3. Delivery Timeframe:
Once your payment for the ordered stock has cleared, please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Our delivery is handled through a reliable courier service directly to your specified delivery address (South Africa ONLY).
Upon processing your order, you will receive a waybill and a tracking-link in order to track your order.
Although Zorev arrange pre-clearance as far as possible, there might be a possibility where the shipment may be stopped by Customs. In this case, please allow 2-3 additional business days for delivery.
Should you be contacted by our courier to submit any documents pertaining to your order (import), please DO NOT comply. Instead contact *Zorev immediately, as all documents are submitted via the importer (*Zorev) and not our customers.

4. Limitations on Delivery:
a. Dangerous and Hazardous Goods: Certain products, such as Lithium-Ion batteries and aerosol cans, fall under the category of dangerous and hazardous goods. These items require special handling and shipping precautions. As a result, they may have an extended lead time on delivery as well as additional costing. Please note that the exact lead time will depend on regulations and safety protocols in place at the time of shipping. Rest assured; we prioritise safety in the transportation of such goods.

b. Weight Limitations: Any items that weigh more than thirty kilograms (30kg), after packaging, may impact the quotation and lead time for delivery. We will provide specific details on the impact to your delivery timeline and applicable cost when you request a quotation for such items.

5. Delivery Area:
*Zorev exclusively delivers to locations within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery services to any other regions or countries at this time.
